This baby has been a long time coming, and after months & months & months (damn near a year… I’ve been a lil’ busy) of working on my new site (our new site, because yes this is all yours too!) it’s finally time to throw a diaper on this thing, and figure out how to burp it.

Ok… scratch that. Weird metaphor. How about we start with who I am, for those who may be new here?

I’m an Emmy winning TV host, pop culture pro, undercover wild child… and nothing lights me up more than empowering others to chase their wildest dreams, while I do the exact same.

An Ohio girl, hustling in Hollywood with a whole lotta heart… I interview A-Listers for a living (and my inner, shy theatre geek still freaks out). I believe in big ol’ glasses of vino (double pour, please)… extra cheese, on everything… and all the carbs, always.

So basically, I believe in food.

Except fruit. Fruit freaks me out. (Let’s unpack this, later.)

I also believe we’ve all got a life purpose — and if we can activate that, we can change the world. Even if it’s simply in our tiny corners of the universe (or the interwebs)! Not via rocket science. Via real talk… and wine.

I’m obsessed with protecting my peace (and pasta). A baby yogi in the making (I just mastered Downward Dog. *drops mic*). Let the occasional f*bomb slip (if occasional is synonymous with daily). And almost puked on Leonardo DiCaprio, once. Almost.

I also enjoy dancing to Drake songs alone in my bathroom mirror, for unreasonable amounts of time.

I’m a firm believer that we can be BOTH: a badass in the boardroom, and a total babe in the bedroom (where I meditate, duh. Ooooo — you naaasty). Enjoy a little glitz & glam, and be changemakers + activists in our communities. We can be full of substance, and full of style.

Or, for example: a Red Carpet darling by day, and a Ninja Warrior by night. 😉

And above all else, I believe in happiness. In figuring out what makes you happy, and pursuing it at full-speed. Hitting ‘All The Goals’ is only as good as the girl who’s happy while she hits them. And yes: You can make a bomb ass living, while enjoying a bomb ass life.

My fave thing to do once I’m off the clock, is host dinner parties with the amazing humans in my life — good people, good food, and good convo.

So grab a cocktail and hang a while! This is your behind-the-scenes peek into my life + lessons… and most importantly: tools + resources you can use to design a life you love — full of power, purpose, peace… and a whole lotta play.

I want you to look at this space as our never-ending dinner party, with heavy pours, and juicy, off-the-record chat… you ain’t even gotta take your shoes off! (The whole ‘never-ending’ thing does sound a bit like a hostage situation. So just to clarify, you’re totally free to go… but, like… don’t.)
